The Verve – Internal Magazine

Verve’s culture requires strong connections which monthly internal magazines and activities are designed to emphasise.

From 2016 I contributed to The Verve internal magazine by writing articles and managing content operations. I also helped create initiatives to reinforce the talent brand, including onboarding materials.

Since 2016 Verve has seen steady improvements in all staff metrics, including staff engagement, retention and how inspiring they find colleagues.
