I began my career as a journalist in 2006 at Bit-tech.net and Trusted Reviews. It was the first start-up I was involved in and ended very successfully — Trusted Reviews was acquired by IPC Media in 2007 and Bit-tech was acquired by Dennis Publishing.
After the acquisition, I moved to Dennis Publishing as a section editor across multiple Dennis brands, including Bit-tech.net, Bit-Gamer.net and Custom PC Magazine. I was responsible for leading strategy, managing the team, managing the community and creating content for over 2.5 million unique monthly readers.
My writing was shortlisted for several awards and was featured in publications as diverse as PC Gamer, BBC Radio 5, Den of Geek and The Guardian. Check my journalism portfolio for more writing, as well as various interviews and lectures.
